FAQ?

  1. How long is shipping? Please allow 2-3 days to process orders followed by 2 day shipping. All packages will be sent out via USPS Priority Mail.

  2. How can I track my order? Upon dispatch, a tracking number will be emailed. Please check spam/junk folder.

  3. My items arrived damaged? All priority mail orders have insurance which includes broken, damaged, or missing items. Please send photo evidence and order number to [insert email]. 

  4. My package was stolen? Unfortunately stolen packages are not included in the USPS insurance policy.

  5. My package is being returned to sender? It is the responsibility of the client to provide the correct address. If an item is returned to our location due to incorrect address provided by the buyer, we will charge a reshipment fee.

  6. How do I find out what is in your products? Each item has a description note with ingredients and intended use. Please check ingredient lists to ensure you are not allergic to any of them. 

  7. This is my first time trying your product, how do I know if it works for me? Skin care is specific to each person seeing that we all have different types and textures. A patch test is recommend prior to usage. Apply a small dab of the skin care product to either the inside wrist or inside elbow. Rub it into the skin thoroughly. Keep the test area small, just in case there is a negative reaction to the product. If you experience a negative reaction, please cease use and send us an email.
